I am really; really satisfied with the support I got from Pro Water Damage, Inc. I had ice dam/water damage in our kitchen. I live in the Chino Hills Area; Pro Water Damage, Inc also belongs to my area. Eli, the estimator, was immediate in coming back my phone calls. The project group was prompt, helpful, respectful, as well as very thorough. I actually started with another company, but I am grateful I changed over to Eli. The first company said it would take about 5 days to complete the Chino Hills, CA water damage restoration. Eli did it in less than 2 days. The first company was irritating about connecting the over-the-range microwave. Eli did it without a sweat. The first company wanted me to tell it the paint colour for the walls. Eli went out with a drywall sample and matched it themselves. I am a new homeowner, so a lot of this repair/restoration stuff is foreign to me. Eli made me feel comfortable.
